I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was stunning and easily accessible by transportation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic spa and a range of fun activities, including cycling tours and an interesting mini-golf course. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and they offered a wide range of food options. Cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay.

The location of the resort was perfect for enjoying the Easter weekend. We were close to a national park, which was the main purpose of our stay. the surroundings of the resort were beautiful thanks to the lush palm trees and serene river. the cottages were nicely maintained and well lit, providing a high level of hygiene. to that, the staff was helpful and allowed us a late check-in.

Had a great time during xmas at this hotel. The food was excellent with a diverse range of Indian options. The staff was friendly and always available to help with any request. The location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil scenery. We also enjoyed the fun activities like cycling and board games, adding a lot of entertainment to our stay.

The rules for appropriate swimwear were not followed by some guests and the restaurant service was not always prompt.

The customer service is seriously lacking, with staff often seeming unpleasant or disregarding guest complaints.
